In return for obeying the promise, Tug takes Freddie on wild adventures. But Freddie is about to discover that broken promises come at a great price.

Review: This book was an excellent read. I think I got the book around 2013 or 2014, when my grandparents got me this book. Me and my granny read this book together, laughed together, we just had a fun time reading this book. I read it more than once, but haven’t read it in years now. But after finishing Frindle, I went to my bookshelf for a new book to read, and my eye caught Cottonmouth and the river. I remember how much I loved this book, reading the words, then looking at the illustrations. So I picked it up, and began reading.
Just like years ago, it did not disappoint. The words were brilliantly described, the illustrations were beautiful and funny, there were tons of Images, this book will interest all.
I can’t wait to read the sequel.
